We know how frustrating and overwhelming the planning and organizing of home projects can be. Budget restraints aside, there's always numerous factors to consider. Do you renovate the kitchen or the bathroom? Home gym or home office? Pool or fence?

Our professional opinion's say, get your fence installed first.

Here's why:

1. FENCES ARE MORE BUDGET FRIENDLY

Fence costs ranges based on footage and material, but you can generally expect to spend between $4,000-$8,000 on a standard sized lot. Whereas the average cost of a screened in pool is around $50,000!

2. A FENCE WOULD NOT INTERFERE WITH POOL CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE

In theory, the pool company contracted to install the pool would simply remove the gate and/or entry point into the backyard, and we can reinstall when the job is complete for a small trip fee.

3. DOGS AND KIDS NEED A FENCE!

As a family-owned and operated business, we don't know how we would survive without a fence for our two little children and our dog. It gives our family a safe space to play outside and the peace of mind for added security. Plus, who wants to take the dog on a walk to go to the bathroom at night? Not us!
