What are the different types of fences you offer?

At Fence Fanatics LLC, we offer a variety of fence types including vinyl, aluminum, chain link, and custom wood fences. Each type is designed to meet different needs and preferences. Our expert team can help you choose the best fence type for your property.

At Fence Fanatics, we proudly serve the best of South Florida, ranging from Tampa to Venice. This includes, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Venice, North Port, and surrounding areas. Our local, family-owned, and operated business is dedicated to creating a fanatical difference in the communities we serve.
Do we offer a warranty?

Yes. We partner with manufacturers that make all of their products and offer a 30-year warranty on material installed be us. We throw a cherry on top by offering an additional 3-year labor warranty on our end, because that's fanatical.
Do we use concrete?

Yes. Depending on the style of fence and material used, each post gets 40lbs-80lbs of concrete per fence post.
Do we handle the HOA paperwork?

Yes. We pride ourselves in our customer service and feel it is only right we take away the burden of HOA paperwork to give the best customer experience.
How do I know if I need a permit?

Before installing a fence, we make sure to check with your local municipality or HOA (Homeowners Association) for any zoning laws, height restrictions, or permit requirements.
Do you need a permit and it is something we help with?

Permitting varies by the city and location your project is in. We do offer our help as apart of our customer experience.

What kind of fence will keep my dog in the yard?

Depending on the size and weight of your pet, we offer a variety of options. Typically this is more of an issue for our smaller friends. For dogs small dogs 10lbs and under, we recommend one of our full-privacy style fences or our puppy-picket style aluminum.
How far out is our installation time?

While every fence project is different, we're proud to work fanatically to get you your new fence within 2-4 weeks of your deposit.* *depending on material and approval process with HOA/Permitting
